Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout based on your specific region and the weight of your order.
How are the wines packaged to prevent breakage?
We use specialized, eco-friendly reinforced cardboard packaging and protective inserts designed specifically for glass bottles to ensure your Georgian wines arrive in perfect condition.
What happens if a bottle arrives damaged?
In the rare event of a breakage during transit, please take a photo of the damaged item and contact our support team within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Is an adult signature required for delivery?
Yes, because our products contain alcohol, a person of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction must be present to sign for the delivery. Couriers cannot leave wine packages unattended.
Are your wines authentic and sourced directly?
Absolutely. We work directly with boutique and established vineyards across Georgia, including regions like Kakheti and Imereti, to ensure every bottle is 100% authentic and stored in climate-controlled conditions.
Can I return a bottle if I don't like the taste?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns based on personal taste preferences. However, if a wine is corked or faulty, please contact us for a professional assessment and resolution.
